How Do the Tracks Work?

In the PH4H Academy, the courses are organized into tracks based on specific Areas of Knowledge.

Tracks allow you to:

  • Focus your training on a specific area of interest.
  • Develop knowledge in a gradual and structured way.
  • Access up-to-date content with academic backing.
  • Follow a clear learning journey with defined goals and levels.

Knowledge Areas

By selecting an area, you define the focus that will guide your learning journey and help you shape your development in the direction you wish to strengthen. The Areas of Knowledge are:

  • Coordination and Continuity of Care
  • Design and Systems Development
  • Strategy and Management

Each area is organized into three levels:

  • Foundations Level: introduces the essential concepts and overall framework of the subject area.
  • Intermediate Level: deepens practical application and the analysis of real-world scenarios.
  • Advanced Level: covers specialized and strategic content for a more comprehensive mastery of the subject area.
How Do You Earn a Badge for Each Level?
1
Complete the required courses for the level (delivered by specialized organizations).
2
Obtain the certificates issued for each completed course.
3
Upload the certificates to the platform.
4
The team verifies the documentation.
5
Receive the digital badge for the completed level.
The required courses and certificates may vary depending on the specific combination of pathway, Knowledge Area, and level.
After completing all three levels, you will receive a final track badge certifying the full completion of the learning journey.

You can learn more about IDB Credentials and, if you have not done so yet, create your account in the CredentialsBID Passport: a space where you can manage and share all your credentials. You must use the same email address you used to register for the course. In addition, we recommend downloading our app to manage your digital credentials from your mobile device.

Training Scholarships
Some tracks include courses that offer a scholarship program. Scholarship availability depends on each training proposal and the agreements in place with the organizations delivering the courses.
If a course offers a scholarship, the platform will clearly indicate this option and the steps required to apply.

How to Apply for a Scholarship?

1
Check whether the course or level offers a scholarship.
2
Complete the application process.
3
Accept the conditions.
In some cases, scholarship allocation may consider criteria such as country, experience, or area of expertise.
