PH4H Learn is the learning and certification platform of the Pan-American Health Highway (PH4H), a regional initiative led by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), and participating countries to strengthen the digital transformation of health systems in Latin America and the Caribbean.
PH4H promotes the secure exchange of information and the use of technology, data, and innovation to improve access, quality, continuity of care, and health decision-making.
