Monitoring and Evaluation for Results | Guyana

The M&E for Results Workshop is a two-day, in-person training designed for Project Execution Unit members in Guyana. Developed in collaboration with the IDB Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE), the workshop will provide practical tools to strengthen participants’ ability to monitor and evaluate outcomes across the project cycle. Through applied sessions, participants will explore how outcomes are produced through a Theory of Change, how this logic connects to the Results Matrix, and how stronger monitoring practices can support better decision-making, reporting, and project evaluability.
