INDES Enrollment Request

The course aims to present modern tools for planning and managing development projects with social/environmental impact based on international best practices (PMI and Prince2). The program is intended for project teams, and therefore, registration must be done as a team, not individually.

The PM4R Professional Certification course was designed and organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as part of the Project Management for Results (PM4R) initiative, aimed at enhancing the project management competencies of teams composed of members from executing agencies and liaison bodies.

It is expected that this training will strengthen your project planning and management skills, as well as those of your team. The goal is to ensure that the programs under your responsibility are executed with a focus on results and considering identified risks through the application of proven project management practices and tools.

The course consists of 7 virtual weeks, comprising 5 learning modules. These modules are further divided into units, whose contents are reinforced by a series of individual and group activities that you will undertake with the support of a tutor
