The Institutional Capacity Assessment Platform (ICAP) is a new tool that helps teams assess the capacity of Executing Agencies in IDB-financed sovereign guaranteed operations. Those interested in obtaining the intermediate digital badge on this subject must successfully pass the exam that evaluates the practical mastery of the three key processes of the IDB's institutional capacity assessment methodology. Obtaining the digital badge certifies the knowledge of the methodology and allows to improve the design of the projects and increase its chances of success during the execution.
